Please contact me by email before sending your snow globe.

Send a picture of the snowglobe and one from under the base.

*Important - Please read instructions below before shipping.

Make sure you pack you treasured snow globe, figurine or music box very securely in a box or wrapped in bubble wrap and then use at least 2" or more of packing around the item with bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts.

Even though your item maybe broken, pack it well to avoid further damage during shipping.

Any broken pieces that need to be applied include in a zip lock plastic bag with clear instructions and attached to your information letter with tape or staples. Do not send any loose broken glass pieces in the package.

You would not believe some of the packages we receive from customers that get damaged during shipping because they failed to put any packing around the item or use a box almost the same size as the snow globe they shipped. Although we can repair or rebuild most broken pieces, pack it well and avoid further expense.

Hi Paul...the globe arrived yesterday all in one piece! Just LOVE the restoration you did! I took a photo of it and sent to my sister (who gave me the snow globe originally)...she could not believe her eyes! (Also sent her the before photo.)

I do have a question about the wall mounted rhythm clocks that play music on the hour. Can they be programmed to be silenced at night? Are they hand wound or run on batteries?

Yes Nancy the Rhythm clocks have a sensor and will only play with light. They will not play music during the night! Fabulous clocks!

hi i just wanted to let you know i recieved my globe today and its amazing, ive only just realised that one of his arms is actually missing the end twig piece even in the photographs you sent but thats okay its only a really small piece that probably went missing after pulling it out the box and it still looks amazing thankyou very much :)
